Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Process and record month-end close activities, such as preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.
• Provide support for budgeting and forecasting processes by producing detailed financial analyses.
• Analyze and report on production costs, inventory valuations, and other cost accounting tasks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within accounting workflows.
• Leverage advanced Excel and ERP software to streamline financial reporting and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, with preference given to candidates with manufacturing industry experience.
• Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
