Job Description

Administrative Coordinator/Assistant - Sales Team Support

QUIKRETE, a leading producer of packaged products, is seeking a full-time/on-site Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic Sales Team.

The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to help ensure the Sales department runs efficiently. This role is a master in excel, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, keen eye for detail and customer service orientation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Leadership team.
  • Maintain and update the sales systems
  • Respond to key customer inquiries and inventory control,
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and performance dashboards
  • Track sales orders, contracts, and delivery schedules to ensure smooth processing
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to support sales initiatives and promotions and trade shows
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for sales documents and contracts
  • Any additional assignment as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or related.
  • Minimum 2 years of significant experience in administrative or sales support role.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM systems a plus
  • Familiarity with sales processes and terminology
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
