Are you ready to take off on your next career with us? Job Summary In this role, you will be a vital part of our leading ground-handling operation at Montrose Airport. With a strong emphasis on safety and attention to detail, your responsibilities will include various ramp service tasks such as loading and unloading baggage and cargo, marshaling aircraft, and providing water services. Please note that a collective bargaining agreement covers this position. Part-time morning shift from 8:30 am -12:30 pm, Compensation: $22.00 an hourResponsibilities Your primary job duties may include (but are not limited to):

• Marshall aircraft upon arrival and departure.
• Load and unload cargo/baggage on and off aircraft.
• Safely drive and operate ground support equipment, including belt loaders, tugs, and baggage carts, to pick up and deliver cargo/bags between the terminal, warehouse, and aircraft.
• Sort and load baggage.
• Perform ground service functions, such as connecting/removing ground power, ground start units, and water service.
• Perform aircraft pushback, wing walking, and other related guideman functions.
• Maintain a secure work environment.

Minimum Requirements

• HS Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.Preferred Skills
• Good communication and language skills.
• Ability to read, write, and fluently speak and understand English.Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
• Ability to work in inclement weather.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
