What You'll Do

• Input/processing of a high volume of invoices
• Daily payment processing for multiple entities
• Research vendor statements
• Manage AP email box
• Manage AR email box
• Posting receipts to tenant ledgers
• Process daily checks received to include remote bank deposit scanning
• Process Internal AR payments
• AR prepaid report research

Who You Are

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year accounts payable required
• Minimum of 1 year accounts receivable preferred
• Experience with payables for multiple business units preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google applications
• Experience with Yardi is a plus
