We are seeking an Associate Asset Manager to work closely with a Vice President, Managing Director, and senior investment professionals in managing a diverse portfolio of assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support asset performance, leasing, and capital improvement initiatives
• Assist in preparing budgets, variance reports, and lender reporting
• Maintain Argus models and property documentation
• Coordinate with property managers, leasing brokers, and vendors
• Review leases, loan documents, and purchase/sale agreements
• Conduct research and analysis for special projects
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of commercial property or asset management experience (medical office, office, retail, industrial)
• Understanding of real estate law, finance, and accounting procedures
• Strong organizational, analytical, and tenant relations skills
