THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Associate Manager, Social Listening, you will lead a team that is vital in this growing, dynamic, fast-paced environment, be the voice of the Chipotle brand on all social platforms to promote brand love, engage with fans, and protect the brand from threats.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Effectively coach and manage the team to deliver on KPI's and SLAs; perform quality review of team member engagement and effectiveness when monitoring and responding on all social channels
Monitor, analyze and execute social listening insight, and leverage social listening tools to mitigate risk, support Marketing strategy, and increase brand love
Establish consistent processes for identifying Chipotle mentions, including writing queries for Social Listening topics
Lead the engagement strategy developing and maintaining Chipotle's voice on all social media accounts to engage with our fans and critics
Partner with key stakeholders to develop Social Media strategy. For example, PR, Operations, Internal Communications, Product, Marketing, People Experience
Research, create, and disseminate reports and analytical data on social media trends, promotional volume, and transactional volume, informing leadership of changes relevant to the company's marketing activities and brand presence
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
~ Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred
~5+ years’ experience in Social Media monitoring preferred
~2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
~ Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
~ Current knowledge and proficiency of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, etc.)
~ Experience using Social Listening Tools such as Sprinklr, Netbase, Brandwatch or Khoros
~ Data Visualization and presentation skills
~ Embrace continuous improvements and change management
~ Committed to strategic planning and achieving predetermined goals
PAY TRANSPARENCY
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $66,000.00–$93,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
