AUDIO VISUAL TECHNICIAN – INTEGRATION & INSTALLATION

AV solutions for homes, offices, cinemas, and in-home theaters. With locations in Missouri,

Position Overview:

We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented AV Technician to join our St. Louis / St.

Charles team. This is a career opportunity for someone who is entrepreneurial, eager to learn,

and passionate about technology and craftsmanship. No prior AV experience is required—we

will train the right candidate! If you have computer aptitude, a hands-on approach, and an eye for

detail, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation, integration, and servicing of AV systems in homes, offices,

and cinemas.

• Set up and configure home automation, sound systems, projection setups, lighting

control, and security integration.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Ensure all installations meet high craftsmanship and quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Work collaboratively with the team, but also take initiative on individual tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Tech-savvy with basic computer knowledge and an interest in AV technology.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship in hands-on work.
• Basic knowledge of Hand Tools and willing to learn trade craftsmanship.
• Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, expanding company.
• Basic understanding of wiring, networking, and construction principles (a plus, but not required).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
