Collision Repair Technician – Senior (3–5+ Years’ Experience)

What You'll Do

• Independently examine vehicles and create detailed repair plans
• Perform complex bodywork including welding, frame pulls and panel replacement
• File, grind and sand surfaces using both hand and power tools
• Collaborate with painters, estimators and other techs to meet deadlines
• Make safety-first decisions on repair vs. replace
• Maintain production timelines and repair quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair
• Full toolset and ability to operate frame machines
• I-CAR Welding Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain
• Body repair certification or equivalent technical training preferred
• Thorough knowledge of OEM repair procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong physical ability for tasks requiring lifting, bending and squatting
• Must pass a background check
