Our client, a leading medical technology company specializing in non-invasive aesthetic treatments, is seeking a Brand Manager to serve as the digital voice of the brand. This is a remote role with occasional travel.

As the Brand Manager, you'll be the front liner of their online presence—monitoring platforms like Reddit, Quora, and industry-specific forums. You’ll engage with communities, respond to reviews, and use advanced brand-protection tools to shape a positive and consistent brand reputation across digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and participate in relevant online conversations across forums, social media, and review platforms
• Respond strategically to user feedback and inquiries to foster trust and brand affinity
• Utilize brand-protection tools to manage and mitigate misinformation or reputational risks
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone
• Help define and evolve the scope of this new role in alignment with business goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in brand management, community engagement, or digital communications
• Strong understanding of online culture and community dynamics, especially on platforms like Reddit and Quora
• Experience with Medical Device/Life Science products is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with a keen sense of tone and timing
• Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving role
