The Behavior Technician (BT) works in an innovative adult therapeutic day program in San Marcos. New Beginnings is designed to support the individual's behavioral needs while providing vocational training opportunities as well as opportunities for socialization and community integration.
Under the supervision of the Program Director, the BT works directly with assigned clients providing supervision, training and personal care at the program site. This is a site based program. No travel or use of personal vehicle is required. The full time position is M-F, 8a-4:30p.This position is ideal for Registered Behavior Technicians who are looking for a steady schedule of hours that does not include travel or evenings or for the individual with behavioral experience who wants to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). We will assist you in completing the requirements to become an RBT within 6 months of hire.
