Responsibilities

• Aprender habilidades de prospección de primer nivel : Adquirirás habilidades de prospección de equipos de coaching de renombre nacional para impulsar tu éxito. 📚
• Atender citas y mostrar propiedades : Asistirás a  múltiples citas semanales , mostrando viviendas y proporcionando  análisis de mercado detallados a los clientes que lo soliciten. 🏡
• Seguimiento y negociación de contratos : Realizarás un  seguimiento puntual con los clientes y negociarás contratos y transacciones de manera efectiva. ✍️💼
• Investigar oportunidades fuera del mercado : Investigarás y  identificarás oportunidades de compra fuera del mercado para ofrecer a tus clientes opciones exclusivas. 🔍
• Gestionar tu base de datos :  Nutrirás tu base de datos utilizando nuestros sistemas de mensajería para mantener una comunicación fluida y seguir a la vanguardia del mercado. 📊

Qualifications

• Se requiere licencia inmobiliaria o estar en vías de obtenerla
• Orientado a ayudar a las personas y a su crecimiento
• Gran capacidad de comunicación escrita y verbal
• Entusiasta del crecimiento personal y profesional
• Capacidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles y satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes
