We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join a dynamic team on a 6-month contract with strong potential for extension. This is a mid-level role ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments and enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
📍 Location: Bradenton, FL
• Fully onsite for initial training (first few weeks)
• Then primarily remote with flexible scheduling based on project needs
💰 Compensation: $35–$42/hour
🧠 What You’ll Bring:
• 70% SDLC / 30% Infrastructure experience
• Strong requirements gathering from technical & non-technical stakeholders
• Waterfall methodology experience
• Technical documentation & process mapping (Visio)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
🔧 Tools & Tech:
• Visio, SharePoint, Office 365, PowerBI, MS Project
• Bonus: Experience with Cherwell
🎯 Responsibilities:
• Translate business problems into smart tech solutions
• Define ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ workflows
• Support departments in ROI analysis and solution selection
• Advocate for new tools and systems
• Manage smaller-scale projects ($150k–$500k range)
• Example projects: HR tech implementations, org chart systems, fingerprinting tools
