Position: Call Center Representative
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled
Call Center Representative to join their team! This is a contract opportunity supporting a vital project aimed at improving digital security measures for customers. The role offers a chance to be part of a dedicated team assisting users impacted by enhanced fraud protection protocols. With increased demand in customer service due to these updates, this position provides a fast-paced environment where strong communication and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
Responsibilities - Respond to incoming customer calls regarding login assistance for online banking and mobile app access
- Provide support by unlocking accounts affected by new fraud prevention policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues while delivering a high standard of service
Required Qualifications & Experience - A minimum of 6 months of recent experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive customer issues professionally
- Basic technical knowledge and comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously
Nice To Have Skills & Experience - Previous experience in banking or financial services support
- Familiarity with fraud prevention protocols or cybersecurity concepts
- Bilingual communication skills
