Job Description

Our client, a prominent architectural firm, is seeking to add a CAD Tech/Designer that is proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D to their team in Fairhope, Alabama. Must be a local resident.

***This is an onsite role that cannot be performed remotely.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Creating, updating and modifying drawings for site design, grading, drainage, and utilities.

-Completes project goals within scope, budget, and schedule.

-Prepares engineering drawings that detail plans and specifications.

-Preparation of grading plans, profiles, road design, and details using AutoCAD Civil 3D

-Research regulatory requirements and design standards

-Preparation of site development plans for large and small scale residential, commercial, multi-use, master planned communities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in a Civil Engineering field or site development design
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Self-motivated with the ability to deliver excellent service.
• Able to manage and multitask work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be a local resident. This client does not offer relocation or sponsorship .
