We are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager with experience leading large-scale ground-up projects from preconstruction to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client relations , ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee ground-up commercial construction projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts .
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications .
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders .
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record in large-scale ground-up construction .
- Strong knowledge of scheduling software, budgeting, and contract management .
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
