Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager with experience leading large-scale ground-up projects from preconstruction to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client relations , ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee ground-up commercial construction projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts .
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications .
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders .

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven track record in large-scale ground-up construction .
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling software, budgeting, and contract management .
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
