RESPONSIBILITIES AND DETAILS: - Exemplifies and provides customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Possess a high degree of integrity and has acceptable background and driving record to obtain/maintain military base clearances.
- Large scale project management and coordination of all key stakeholders to successful completion.
- Tracks project schedules, costs, milestones, and timelines for adherence to scope of work, quality, and ensures 100% delivery of all contractual and quality project goals: attaining revenue targets and avoiding penalties. Manages and mitigates risk at all times.
- Able and willing to travel frequently (overnight), including significant nationwide and occasional international travel - 75%.

- Strong customer orientation – dependable, hands-on, hardworking, honest and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Understanding of the importance of being a team player to achieve organizational goals.
- Tech savvy with MS Office Suite, experience utilizing CRM’s and Project Management systems, and the proven ability to utilize/ leverage current tools and ever-changing technologies that support project management functions. Able to understand accounting spreadsheets, budgets, cost analysis and other similar reports, and create appropriate analysis and reports as required.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and listening skills.
- The ideal candidate will have 2 plus years in large scale project management preferably in industrial, construction or government applications and associate or bachelor’s degree required.
- Project Management certification and strong electro/mechanical knowledge a plus.
- Ability to complete complex work that requires continuous, concentrated mental and visual effort to plan and problem solve, travel by way of commercial aircraft, routinely lift 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds, work outside under various environmental conditions, some exposure to hazardous materials and equipment, maneuver around moving objects, vehicles and machinery and ability to utilize a ladder with 300 pounds weight limit.
