Now Hiring: Commercial Kitchen HVAC/Service Technician – Colorado Field-Based 🔧

We’re hiring a Commercial Kitchen HVAC/Service Technician to join a high-performing team that services fast-food and QSR chains across Colorado. This is a service-focused field role , ideal for those who love diagnostics, repairs, and keeping critical equipment running like new.

What You’ll Work On:

• Commercial kitchen gear like fryers, ovens, prep tables, walk-in coolers, ice machines, and more
• Standard HVAC systems in restaurant environments
• Routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and commissioning

You Bring:

• 3+ years of HVAC or kitchen equipment service experience
• Tools of your own + strong diagnostic skills
• EPA license + valid driver’s license with clean MVR
• Comfortable with occasional on-call rotation (weekends/evenings)
• Grit, accountability, and professionalism in a construction-style culture

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience servicing chains like Del Taco or other fast-food/QSR brands
• A blended background in HVAC + commercial kitchen servicing

Travel: Up to 10% within Colorado (occasional overnights for Western Slope/Southern CO)

Pay Range: $35–$45/hr DOE

Growth Path: Potential to grow into a Field Supervisor role based on performance
