We are seeking a motivated Class Action Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate has a background in complex litigation and a strong understanding of class action procedures, with commercial litigation experience being a significant plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate class action matters from pre-filing through resolution
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Handle depositions, court appearances, and hearings
• Collaborate with internal teams and co-counsel on case strategy and client communication
• Stay current with laws and procedures relating to class actions and commercial litigation

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with a state bar (preferably [Insert State])
• 1+ years of experience in litigation; class action and/or commercial litigation preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
• Team player with a proactive and strategic mindset
