About the Position:
We are working with an elite national trial boutique that is seeking a litigator with 4-12 years of strong patent litigation experience to join its Chicago office. This premier law firm focuses exclusively on high-stakes litigation and represents a range of clients, including Fortune 500 corporations, pharma companies, and publicly held companies. This role involves significant client contact and hands-on experience with patent litigation matters.

Responsibilities:
· Prepare witnesses, including experts, for depositions
· Participate in and prepare for Markman hearings
· Respond to written discovery and contentions
Required Qualifications:
· 4-12 years of litigation experience, with a strong patent litigation component
· Experience arguing substantive motions and briefing discovery issues
· Markman hearing experience
· Top academic credentials and strong writing skills
· Technical or scientific background is a plus
· Experience on a trial team preferred, but not required
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000-$420,000+.
