CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTANT

Growing Philadelphia Area commercial construction company is looking for a junior-level Construction Accountant.

Construction Accountant to manage job costing, payroll, AP/AR, and financial reporting. Must have an understanding of construction accounting.

Responsibilities include:

• Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Payroll processing
• Job costing & budget tracking
• Progress billing & lien waiver management
• Bank reconciliations & financial reporting
• Support tax prep and audits

Requirements:

• 2+ years in construction accounting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
• Strong Excel/Google Workspace skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated

SALARY: $50-60K
