Because of their success, they expanded their operations to the West Coast and quickly acquired a sizable network of clientele who take on various types of light industrial projects. They are seeking skilled Project Managers in Orange County to join their growing team and be part of their success.

Your new role

• Overseeing the job site and personnel.
• Contract negotiation and administration.
• Project scheduling and planning.
• Taking projects through from concept to completion.

What you'll need to succeed

• A job relevant degree.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Industrial experience (cold storage, warehouses, distribution centers, etc.).
• Estimating experience.
• Design build experience is preferable.
