About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects across the San Antonio metroplex. The ideal candidate has a proven background managing ground-up Commercial and mix-use projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Ideal Candidate:

• Steel Erection experience
• Tilt Wall experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
• Manage daily jobsite operations and ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams on project planning
• Review and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Lead project meetings, manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with all safety, permitting, and building code requirements
• Drive project delivery on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction
• Proven success managing ground-up commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
• Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, and construction scheduling tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
