Duration: 3 months with possible extension (onsite)

Work Schedule: Tues-Sat 10am-6:30pm

Job Overview:

We are looking for an On-Site Recruiter to support the recruitment of entry-level associates for the Client’s Distribution Center. In this role, you will play an essential part in executing recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs, ensuring the seamless onboarding of new employees, and providing ongoing support to both candidates and the recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and hire entry-level associates to meet staffing needs in a fast-paced distribution center.
• Implement and execute effective recruitment plans to attract top talent.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate first-day check-ins.
• Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring all documentation and records are completed accurately.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and adjust strategies as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Proficient in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage applications and candidate pipelines.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with excellent organizational, communication, and interviewing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
