Job Overview

We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Cooling Tower Maintenance Sales to join our Los Angeles, CA team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading company in the commercial mechanical construction industry, focusing on selling maintenance solutions for cooling tower systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their cooling tower maintenance and service needs.
  • Conduct site visits to assess cooling towers, identifying sales opportunities for preventative maintenance programs and other service solutions.
  • Present tailored mechanical maintenance solutions to clients, closing sales effectively while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage client portfolios, service proposals, and sales databases, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulations, including advancements in cooling tower technology and local building codes.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales, specifically in the HVAC or cooling tower service industry.
  • 5-10 years of experience in cooling tower maintenance sales or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling towers, and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Local and stable work history, demonstrating commitment and reliability in the industry.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with local building and mechanical codes, mainly as they apply to cooling tower systems.
  • Experience in account management, lead generation, and business development.
  • Ability to perform site assessments, including rooftop evaluations, comfortably and professionally.
  • Knowledge of sales and customer management tools to maintain client portfolios and track opportunities.
