Job Summary

The ideal candidate is a creative team player, talented wordsmith, and health/wellness geek. You will work with the marketing team to develop content that will establish our family of brands as an authority in the space. We're growing FAST. Essential Functions

• Content Creation: Develop engaging, creative, and legally compliant copy for various marketing channels including (but not limited to) websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials. This also includes understanding and have a passion for SEO content and the ability to research keywords and incorporate those effectively into the brand voice.
• Brand Management: Help maintain brand books and help develop and maintain brands copy style guide, stewarding a consistent brand voice and ensuring all content adheres to these standards.
• Research: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, including legal requirements for vitamin and beauty products, to ensure all content is accurate and compliant.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and legal teams to brainstorm ideas and create compelling content strategies.
• Editing and Proofreading: Proofread all marketing materials and content before publishing for grammar and adherence to brand voice/ style and meets legal and regulatory standards.
• Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior copywriters, ensuring the quality and consistency of their work.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards of content quality.

Additional Responsibilities

• May supervise and coordinate other marketing activities.
• Support of and involvement in company, department, and/or safety policies, procedures, programs and activities.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with copywriting and editing experience.
• A great writer flowing with creative ideas—and a grammar snob.
• Ability to produce large amounts of written content under (sometimes)-tight timelines.
• Like, love, or obsess over health, wellness, beauty, nutrition, biohacking, and/or self-improvement.
• Be pleasant to have around, work well in a team, and work hard.
• Highly organized with a passion for attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel; and talk or hear.
• The employee must exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 5 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include near acuity, far acuity, depth perception, accommodation, color vision, field of vision.
