Job Description

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's talent acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company's staffing needs and drive our business objectives forward. Your primary focus will be on sourcing and screening candidates, managing the hiring process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staffing process from hiring requests through day one of employment, including sourcing, interviews and offers.
  • Receive and screen applicants; conduct background and reference checks.
  • Leverage all known resources and in-house tools to identify and recruit top-tier candidates.
  • Provide complete, accurate information to candidates about the company and position.
  • Research and utilize a wide variety of tools such as ATS, job board postings, database mining, search engines, referrals, networking sites, lead generation tactics, etc. to fill open positions.
  • Develop a pool of quality and diverse talent.
  • Maintain regular contact with quality talent prospects.
  • Proactively engage with our management team and provide ongoing status of sourcing activities, sourcing analytics, and ROI.
  • Seek innovative and creative strategies to identify candidates.
  • Provides general support as needed to other HR functions.

Ideal Candidate & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recruiting and sales (1-5yrs is typical)
  • Excellent communication skills—both speaking and listening
  • Ability to build rapport on the phone
  • Self-starter who can manage competing demands and accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptive and flexible.
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and online sourcing platforms
  • Must be able to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to present new recruiting concepts to the executive leadership team.
  • Works reliably, both independently and within a team environment, with limited supervision and guidance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.

Compensation details: 40000-45000 Yearly Salary
