Assists Travel Management Company SVP Operations with a variety of duties.

Responsibilities

• Understands deadlines and manages multiple priorities.
• Conducts Travel Operations based research.
• Takes on special projects as assigned.
• Assists with Client Corporate Travel Implementations
• Handle ongoing job tasks such as employee travel and perk programs for corporate accounts.
• Involvement with Group Travel Management
• Assist with Travel Agent Performance Metrics
• Coordinate and prepare communication for meetings.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years’ experience as a well-rounded travel agent with airline ticketing and supervisory experience a plus
• Must have experience on Worldspan, Travelport+ (Galileo), or Sabre GDS experience and Profile Maintenance.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience in one or more of the travel related functions – Online booking tools (e.g. Concur), group travel, virtual payment systems for hotels, Quality Control (QC), and profile systems
• Experience with Cornerstone Res Rules and Scripts a plus.
