POSITION SUMMARY: As a Creative Project Manager at Momentous, you will be a key driver in bringing our brand to life with our core consumer of life optimizers. You will collaborate closely with our content team and creative teams (made up of in-house creatives, contractors, and agencies) to conceptualize, plan, and execute creative projects across various mediums. Your ability to manage projects and teams, coupled with your creative and brand expertise, will be instrumental in delivering outstanding and innovative creative content across all platforms and channels. This role supports Momentous' mission of democratizing high performance by ensuring that we are serving our customers with inspirational and educational content to help them be their best. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the internal and external creative teams and external partners to develop creative concepts and strategies for various projects
• Create and manage a creative bench for the content team and the rest of the organization ensuring we have diversity of creative talent to support the needs of our channels, partners, and platforms
• Lead project planning and management, including production process, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Work cross functionally with partnerships, growth, paid media sales channels to deliver best in class creative assets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging creative technologies to enhance project quality and innovation
• Create efficiencies across creative content to ensure consistency across channels

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7-9 years of experience in brand management, content/creative management, advertising and/or marketing management
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Creative Trafficker, Creative Producer or similar role in CPG or similar industry
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation
• Proficiency in creative software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, project management software, etc)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements

• This is a hybrid position out of our Santa Monica, CA office, and requires quarterly travel
