Position details:

Customer Profile and Loan Information Setup (CA Tracking)

  • After the final approval of any loan, enter customer information and loan information into an active loan tracking section, where the approval date, draw down date, and closing date are added into the record
  • Loan information are updated monthly (e.g. maturity date, credit rating, committed amount, unused commitment, and outstanding, etc.) and submit to Credit Department for reference purpose

Draw-Down Control and Credit Limit Setup Control

  • Credit Application Form File Documents
  • Legal File Documents
  • Credit Limit Setup

Legal Files Control

  • Checkout legal documents must be returned within the same day and return time must be recorded on the control sheet
  • Annual review of all legal files is conducted at the end of each year, and review results are to be submitted to management

Loans Ongoing Monitoring

  • Commercial Mortgage Monitoring List
  • Commercial Loan (Including Trade Financing) Monitoring List
  • Syndication Loan Monitoring List

Monthly Reports

  • Prepare Industry Analysis and Top Five (5) Customer Exposure on loan portfolio for management & reference purpose
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports as requested by HO

Inter-Bank Credit Line Control

Collateral Value Coverage and Safekeeping

Customer Service and Others

  • Open new deposit accounts and maintain account documentation file
  • Process customer & internet banking applications and related requirements, coordinate with customer and Head Office to achieve successful set-up of internet banking services for clients, and attend to all inquiries and assist in resolving internet banking problems

Requirements:

  • 3+ year experience in relationship-oriented and customer facing positions in corporate banking field
  • Master's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of federal and state banking regulations
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis and risk assessment.
  • Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
  • Confident in ABL(asset based lending), minimum of 3-year experience required
  • Self-Motivated and passionate on banking industry
  • Mandarin/Chinese speaking is preferred
