We are seeking an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative to join an established team located in Scripps Ranch. This customer service call center supports an organization in the banking industry and requires knowledge and experience working in the banking or finance industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a keen understanding of banking operations to support and assist customers effectively over the phone.
