Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the nursing department
- Oversee nursing care and services for residents
- Supervise nursing staff and caregivers
- Provide leadership in absence of higher management
Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited nursing school
- Current RN or LPN license in Michigan
- BLS certification
- Assisted Living experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
