A leading healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate records and supporting administrative functions, primarily from a remote setting.

Position Details

• Job Title: Data Entry Operator
• Location: 100% Remote , with required onsite presence at 393 E. Walnut Street, Pasadena, CA 91188, 2-4 times per month to handle specific tasks (e.g., EDD forms). Candidates must be local to the Pasadena, CA area.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

The Data Entry Operator will primarily focus on:

• Scanning documents.
• Filling out applications (specifically EDD Forms) during required onsite days.
• Mailing out forms during required onsite days.
• Performing mid-volume data entry (average: 8,001 to 10,000 keystrokes per hour).
• Basic management of electronic files (i.e., print, copy, transfer, and delete).
• Accessing information from and maintaining computer databases.
• Entering data for envelopes, labels, form letters, and correspondence.
• Formatting and producing documents.
• Working with numbers (i.e., add, subtract, multiply, and divide) and detecting/correcting errors.
• Using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other software on a computer.
• Operating basic office equipment (including photocopy machine, facsimile machine, binding machine, etc.) when onsite.
• Following instructions accurately.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years of related experience.

Work Environment

This role operates primarily remotely, offering flexibility, but requires mandatory onsite presence at the Pasadena, CA office 2-4 times per month for specific tasks. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to the Pasadena, CA office.
