JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Entry Specialist with advanced computer skills to ensure our pharmacy operations continue to run smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data, efficiently handling both incoming calls and initiating outbound calls, and ensuring that our high standards for customer service are met. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as collaboratively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. A sign-on bonus will be awarded upon successful completion of the probation and post probation periods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Management:

  • Accurately enter, update, and manage data within our pharmacy systems.
  • Identify error occurrences and provide prompt feedback to your supervising manager.

Customer Service:

  • Answer incoming calls confidently and professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
  • Handle incoming call inquiries and proactively place outbound calls to mutual professionals including but not limited to practitioners, facility clinical teams and pharmacy benefit plan providers.

Team Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Share acquired knowledge and best practices to help drive healthy outcomes and distinguish our company from competitors.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.

Operational Excellence:

  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solve problems with minimal direction and manage your time efficiently.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in relevant software.
  • Typing speed of 70 to 80 words per minute.

Communication:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in reading and writing English.
