This position is for a Data Entry Specialist based in Coral Springs, Florida.

• Accurately input and maintain client account data into our systems
• Organize, review, and verify documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Support the Collections and Operations teams with data-related tasks
• Process new client submissions and maintain records in CRM and legal platforms
• Identify and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies
• Monitor incoming case files, stipulations, and ACH forms for internal upload
• Assist with internal reporting and system tracking as needed

• Excellent typing and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using data management software, CRMs, and productivity tools (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets required)
• Self-motivated and dependable with a strong sense of accountability
• Prior experience in collections, MCA, or legal support is a plus but not required
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
