Job Description
Role : Data Modeler
Location : Southlake, TX
We are seeking a highly experienced Data Analyst & Modeler to analyze data requirements, develop data models, optimize SQLs and automate DDL . Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:
- Analyze business requirements and identify data needs
- Develop and integrate analytical data models
- Automate DDLs from the Erwin physical models
- Review models developed by other team members
- Optimize DDLs
- Analyze data to identify PII data
- Update metadata in data catalog
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data modeling (logical and/or physical) with a focus on Star Schemas
- Proficient in data Modeling tools using Erwin.
- Expert level experience in data analysis.
- Experience in SQL optimization
- Hands-on experience in Google Cloud, especially BigQuery
- Experience with Github and CI/CD
- Experience with Informatica EDC desirable
