Job Description

Start your career as a FedEx Delivery Driver with Northwest Express, a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx. 

$22/hour training pay

Following training: $220 daily rate, up to $260 per day.

After training, drivers who are qualified to drive trucks over 10k pounds will be moved to a per stop pay structure.

About the Position:

• Home Delivery and Business Routes
• Drivers average between 175 - 200 deliveries per day.
• Starting Pay for drivers qualified to drive a smaller truck (under 10K pounds) is $22/HR.
• Paid Training
• Full Time
• Start time is 8:00 am.
• Average shifts are 10 hours long, approximately 45 hours a week of work.
• Uniforms are provided.
• $500 Referral Bonuses for bringing in other drivers.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass a drug screen, background check, and E-Verify.
• Able to pass a road test in a delivery truck.
• Be comfortable using electronic handheld devices.
• Working one weekend day is required.
• Have a clean driving record.
