If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Atrium Dental Studio is seeking a Front Desk Scheduler to join our team at our kind, compassionate, and fun dental office. We believe in fostering a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for both our patients and staff. If you are an organized and personable individual who values delivering outstanding service, we would love to meet you! Hours are Monday-Thursday 8AM-5PM with a break from 1-2pm, no nights, Fridays, or weekends!

Responsibilities:

Greet patients with a warm smile and create a welcoming environment at the front desk.

Schedule appointments for patients, taking into account their preferences and availability, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations.

Engage with patients and their families, making them feel comfortable and at ease during their visits.

Answer phone calls with enthusiasm, providing helpful information and addressing inquiries promptly.

Maintain accurate patient records, update necessary information, and handle confidential data with discretion.

Assist patients in understanding insurance coverage, billing processes, and payment options in a compassionate manner.

Collaborate with the dental team to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times, ensuring a positive experience for all.

Contribute to a fun and lively atmosphere in the office, organizing occasional events and activities to enhance patient satisfaction.

Embrace opportunities for personal and professional growth, actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

Must have at least one year experience in a dental office

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in dental office administration is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A kind and compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on patients' lives.

Team player mentality, demonstrating a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.

Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
