Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience developing digital marketing strategies and executing multi-channel campaigns. This role will collaborate with the Digital Marketing Director to implement and optimize strategies across various ad channels, ensuring the success of digital campaign performance on a day-to-day basis.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This highly collaborative role requires close coordination with design teams to develop and refine ad creative for marketing channels, as well as with data analysts to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate campaign performance reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and conduct daily management of advertising campaigns across various digital platforms (Ex. Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other advertising/programmatic buying platforms).
  • Implement and manage various lead generation efforts through online display, video, social and organic channels.
  • Experience executing buys with a variety of KPIs including CPC, CPL, CPM and CTR.
  • Plan, develop, and execute digital programs, strategies and campaigns.
  • Lead ongoing management of digital marketing strategy across several client accounts.
  • Understand technical set-up of campaigns, leads, and third-party systems to provide input for enhancements.
  • Collaborate on strategic development, analysis and optimization of digital campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and maintain regular reporting.
  • Develop campaign reporting presentations where needed in collaboration with data analysts.
  • Collaborate on creative ad development with design team. Develop messaging and content around creative concepts that will be executed within advertising campaigns.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in digital marketing technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing communications or related field.
  • 5-7 years of digital marketing experience and/or digital media buying.
  • Advanced working knowledge in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other advertising/programmatic buying tools.
  • Experience in digital media strategies, planning, and execution to meet awareness and lead generation objectives across all channels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, and good judgement.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical ability to understand and derive insights from marketing data. Maximize online lead acquisition while maintaining allowed CPL/CPA.
