The Role: We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our ACA campaign efforts. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, capable of managing a talented team and driving successful campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Team: Manage and inspire a team of video producers, media buyers, and editors to deliver high-performing campaigns.
• Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute innovative ACA campaigns on Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads that drive conversions and growth.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with our call center manager and senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Communicate with the Call Center Sales Director to ensure marketing efforts effectively cater to the needs of our call center operations.
• Client Management: Engage with ACA buyers, handling both in-house and overflow traffic to maintain strong client relationships.
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and implement best practices to keep our campaigns effective and cutting-edge.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Proven expertise in Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Ads with a track record of successful ACA or affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Leadership: Strong management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
• Creativity: Innovative mindset with the ability to craft campaigns that stand out and deliver results.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate challenges and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and the Call Center Sales Director.
