Director Physician Services Responsibilities:

• Responsible for directing physician recruitment, credentialing, contract compliance, physician marketing and practice development for BayCare Medical Group.
• Evaluation of FMV and engagement with outside consultants as necessary, establishment of new compensation formulas and maintenance of BMG physician/APP compensation policies.
• Organization responsibility for ensuring continued certification as a Delegated Credentialing Entity for purposes of payor enrollment.
• Oversight of all practice development activities related to new providers and MSO client relationships.
• Direction, oversight and development of physician and provider recruitment strategy, goals, offers, policies, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Required experience: 4 years of applicable management experience related to physician services (acquisitions, contracts and management).
• Preferred: Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) certification

Required Education:

• Required - Masters - Business Administration; Or - Masters - Healthcare Administration; Or - Masters - Related Field
