Job Title: Junior Consultant – Dynamics 365 Business Central

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated recent graduate with a background in Accounting and Finance to join our Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) department . No prior experience with Dynamics BC is required—just a strong foundation in financial principles and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to analyze business needs and recommend financial and accounting solutions.
- Participate in training sessions and gain hands-on experience with ERP systems .
- Support clients with troubleshooting and system enhancements.
- Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and system configurations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field .
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and business processes .
- Good understanding of using technology for process automation
- Understanding and experience with Microsoft tools like excel and outlook for emails.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central .
- Ability to work on-site at our Carlsbad, CA office.
Preferred but Not Required:
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems or business software.
- Internship or coursework related to accounting software, ERP, or financial systems .
