Jebwa.com is seeking an E-commerce Operations Associate to support our growing luxury resale business by managing our day-to-day inventory control and logistics operations . If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this role is your opportunity to contribute to one of the most engaging livestream shopping operations in the U.S.

You’ll ensure inventory accuracy, support fulfillment, and work closely with our livestream team to ensure products are ready to shine on camera.

The Role

As part of the backend operations team, you’ll play a critical role in tracking, organizing, and maintaining inventory, coordinating shipping, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. This role supports our highly popular livestream shopping shows and ensures every customer receives a luxury buying experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and catalog incoming luxury merchandise (e.g., handbags, wallets, accessories)
• Maintain accurate inventory records in systems like Shopify and internal tracking tools
• Prepare and ship orders with speed and precision across multiple platforms (Jebwa.com, Poshmark, Whatnot, TikTok Shop, etc.)
• Organize and manage warehouse stock areas to ensure a clean, efficient, and easily navigable system
• Coordinate return logistics, restocking, and quality control processes
• Support listing teams by tagging, barcoding, and labeling products
• Communicate with the livestream sales team to ensure products are prepped for daily shows
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and proactively improve systems

Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Poshmark, Whatnot, eBay)
• A background in warehouse, shipping, or inventory control is strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Tech-savvy: able to work with scanners, spreadsheets, and inventory software
• Positive, self-starting attitude and solution-oriented mindset
• Able to lift packages to 30 lbs and be on your feet during shifts
• Comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment
• Work authorization (Required)

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with luxury fashion products or resale markets
• Experience with order fulfillment in fast-paced ecommerce environments
• Previous experience using logistics tools like ShipStation, Pirate Ship, or similar
