• Ability to commute/relocate: This role is primarily based in Seoul, South Korea; however, remote work arrangements can be considered.
• Language: Korean (Preferred) / English (Required)

Responsibilities

• Create global e-Commerce framework and guidelines across D2C, eRetailers, and Pure Player channels to drive consistent brand growth worldwide.
• Lead the omni-channel business strategy for the Laneige brand by defining the optimal mix of on/offline channels and implementing global investment frame.
• Establish global customer acquisition and search strategies to enhance traffic, conversion, and ROI.
• Launch and scale social commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop) to support the brand’s global expansion and reach new consumer segments.
• Track, manage, and analyze performance metrics of brand initiatives to optimize strategies and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and e-Commerce trends to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in e-commerce management and strategy.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms in the Americas/Europe (Amazon, European vertical e-commerce channels, TikTok Shop, etc.)
• Deep understanding of online sales and digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of the beauty industry.
• Understanding of SEO and website management.
• Ability to analyze various marketing/sales data and make data-driven decisions.
