Overview:
The Editorial Manager will lead content creation and editorial strategy to elevate the company's voice and mission. This role combines writing, editing, and managing freelance contributors to deliver compelling stories across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and proofread content for web, print, and social media.
- Maintain an editorial calendar and source stories from across the community.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, mission, and SEO best practices.
- Manage freelance writers, assigning tasks and editing submissions.
- Collaborate on social media strategy and analyze content performance.
- Support brand consistency and reputation through storytelling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
- Experience managing contributors and working across teams.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and content analytics.
