Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Energy Solutions Consultant to join a fast-growing team of experts in energy optimization, infrastructure development, and sustainability. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping commercial and industrial clients navigate the evolving energy landscape through innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized energy strategies for large-scale clients across various industries.
- Analyze energy usage data, market trends, and regulatory developments to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead client engagements from initial consultation through execution, including contract negotiation and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, and regulatory teams to deliver turnkey infrastructure and energy solutions.
- Support renewable energy integration, demand response programs, and carbon reduction initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Energy Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in energy consulting, utility management, or infrastructure development.
- Strong understanding of ERCOT markets, energy procurement, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and client relationships.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Experience
- Arc Flash analysis and safety protocols
- High Voltage systems and infrastructure
- Substation design, operation, or project management
- CUSP (Certified Utility Safety Professional) certification
- Familiarity with renewable energy technologies and ESG reporting
- Experience with Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) models
- Proficiency in energy modeling tools and data visualization platforms
