Job description
Large manufacturing company in Somerset, New Jersey looking for a full time industrial/ commercial electrician. Candidate must have the ability to install, troubleshoot, repair and assemble all types of electrical components and systems from 24VDC control circuits up to and including 480 volt 3 phase. Candidates should be able to work from drawings, schematics and verbal instruction.
-A working knowledge of the NEC is required.
-Ability to bend and install EMT/rigid a plus.
-Knowledge of motor starters & overloads, variable frequency drives, proximity sensors, pressure sensors, flow meters, and safety devices.
-Individuals must be motivated to do a good job, mechanically inclined and capable of working alone and with others.
-Candidates must have their own set of hand tools and be capable of working on ladders and lifts when necessary.
-Minimum 8-year experience in related field.
