Works as part of a highly skilled team of maintenance/trades professionals to ensure properly functioning systems within the hospital facilities by installing, maintaining, upgrading, and repairing electrical systems.
Minimum Education
§ High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Work Experience
§ 5-7 years of directly related, large facility experience.
Required Licenses/Certifications
§ Vermont Master Electrician license.
§ Valid Driver's License.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude and ability.
- Excellent troubleshooting ability.
- High degree of knowledge of electrical safety.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to draw electrical schematics.
- Good communication with contractors, parts suppliers and staff, both oral and written.
- Demonstrated moderate knowledge of Basic Computer skills.
Pay Range: $25.73 - $38.04
