Position Overview
As an Elementary Teacher at LPS , you will:
📚 Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction aligned with Texas state standards
🎯 Incorporate leadership development into daily lessons
🤝 Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
📊 Use data-driven instruction to track student progress and drive achievement
🎭 Utilize innovative and hands-on learning strategies
💬 Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Qualifications
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (Required)
✔️ Texas Teaching Certification (EC-6 or relevant certification) (Preferred)
✔️ Experience in an elementary classroom setting (Preferred)
✔️ Strong classroom management and instructional skills
✔️ Passion for leadership development and student success
