About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on technical leader to guide the development of complex embedded systems for high-performance sensor platforms. This is a high-impact, dual-role position — 50% technical leadership, 50% individual contributor — ideal for someone who excels in both architecture and people management.

You’ll lead a team of embedded engineers, help define system architecture, and ensure technical alignment across firmware, platform bring-up, and real-time systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement robust embedded software systems
• Lead platform bring-up of embedded SoCs and sensor firmware
• Manage and mentor a high-performing embedded engineering team
• Coordinate with hardware, systems, and software teams to align on design and development goals
• Set schedules, drive delivery, and foster engineering excellence in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong command of C and C++; proficient in Python
• Extensive experience with Linux-based embedded systems
• Proven expertise in embedded SoC bring-up and low-level systems design
• Previous experience leading teams and managing cross-disciplinary projects
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills
