Join AED, a vertically integrated real estate development platform located in Cupertino, backed by AlphaX RE Capital. We're on a mission to solve climate change with net-zero housing solutions. Within our 100+ person team, you will meet experts in land acquisition, brokerage, construction, engineering, lending, underwriters, and, of course, architectural design. Our work is guided by continuous innovation of design processes, and collaborative teamwork to ensure a growth mindset culture that manifests in the places we design.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines
• Understand the design intent and assist with its documentation
• Assist with required code research for project assignments
• Assist Project Leaders in the execution of specific assignments
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to independently follow through on assigned tasks
• Review and process construction documents

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 0-2 years of experience in all phases of architecture projects
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD is a plus
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Committed to building a long-term professional career
